Founded by Boga Yoga Ambassador and marine life activist*, Jessica Amendola, who brings with her over a decade of yoga and paddleboard experience.

Jessica Amendola, founder & CEO of SUP Yoga Center and creator of all SYC signature flows, currently resides between Asheville, NC and St Augustine, FL with her daughter, Ocean. She is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT200, certified Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Instructor, ACA certified Standup Paddleboard Instructor, and Marine Life Activist. Jess is also a proud Ambassador for BOGA Yoga Paddleboards, Sawyer Paddles & Oars, MTI Activewear, Jade Yoga mats, and is backed by many other companies and organizations in the yoga and SUP world. Jessica brings over a decade of experience as a practitioner, instructor, and Instructor Trainer to teachers worldwide.
Jessica has trained hundreds of Yoga Instructors worldwide and taught thousands of SUP Yoga students in various locations. Her Teacher Trainings and Classes have an incredibly personal feel as she puts her entire heart and soul into crafting an experience that will leave you feeling empowered.
Jessica teaches on-water classes that are inspired directly from her time in or around the ocean. Her classes are a blend of challenging movements, interwoven with spirituality and a heavy emphasis on alignment of the body and movement with breath.The purpose of her classes is to help guide her students into living a life of purpose and passion, finding peace of mind and strength of body.
