Mommy to a beautiful baby girl named Ocean, Jessica is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT200, certified Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Instructor, BOGA Yoga ambassador, as well as an ACA certified Standup Paddleboard Instructor. She brings with her almost 15 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and close to a decade instructing on and off the water.

Having grown up near the ocean, it is only natural to find her practicing and teaching on the sand or on a paddleboard. She can also be found traveling to various locations teaching workshops on the water and on the mat. 

Jessica teaches vinyasa style “flow” classes that are inspired directly from her time in and around the ocean. Her classes are a blend of challenging movements, interwoven with spirituality and a heavy emphasis on alignment of the body and movement with breath.The purpose of her classes is to help guide her students into living a life of purpose and passion, finding peace of mind and strength of body.

Kylie Mae Hicken

Kylie is an Ohio native who has been in Florida teaching movement practices + wellness incorporation for the last 3.5 years privately and throughout studios in Jacksonville. 28 years young currently living, loving & co-creating in Jax Beach FL. During time free,  it is spent on adventure's to local beaches, reserves or parks with my husband + dog Cosmo! We love to learn in the forms of ; kayaking, surfing, SUP and body boarding. Sustainable living is a huge practice Kylie loves to explore as well. A lover of Aerial practices ranging from Pole to Lyra to Silks; Movement is her way of connecting with inner strength and empowerment. Kylie is  also a watercolor artist, a bookworm & has a love for writing!

With a background in Movement, Yoga + Therapeutics, My classes/sessions are a blend of strengthening + relaxation to find a state of balance in mind + body.  I am here to share practices that are synergistic in their healing!
